Participation in the Wenger Aquafeed Seminar

A few weeks ago, we were invited to participate in the Wenger Aquafeed Seminar, held on May 20-21 on the premises of Source Technology, a company in Kolding (Denmark). For two days, we had the chance to meet with experts in the sector and to learn about the latest trends, technologies and innovations in the field of feed manufacturing for aquaculture.

The managers at Wenger (Charlly Hansen, Charles Engrem and Spencer Lawson) shared their perspective on the global aquaculture market and the phases of feed manufacturing, from the formulation of recipes to the final product, and including processes such as pre-conditioning, extrusion and drying, among others. For its part, the Danish company Source Technology introduced its online analysis equipment for feed production. It was a very enlightening event!
