Last August, we celebrated the First Training Plan for Family Members of Partners at our Dibaq Group facilities. Family Legacy Transfer. During two intense and fun weeks, we interacted with a fourth generation that learned about what our Family Business is and what it represents: our Values, our History, our Vision, our Purpose, and, of course, our Legacy: a Legacy that they will care for in a meaningful, human, and humble way, respecting each and every person who works within it.
